If there is an incident during a rental, you will need to send us the walkarounds photos you took during the check in. This will allow us to appraise the damage done to your car.
If you used a mobile contract, these pictures are not filed in your phone's memory but directly in the Drivy app.
To share theses photos with us, open the Drivy app and click on the rental in question. From this page, go to Rental agreement > See photos > Send photos to Drivy.
