If you opened an incident claim, a dedicated claims manager will follow up your case during its entire resolution and will be here to guide you step by step and answer your questions.
The claims team can be reached between 10am and 12am, and 2pm to 5pm, from Monday to Friday.
Claims management often requires several documents or pieces of information from both parties. Your claims manager will keep you informed of any new information or will get back to you if additional documents are required.
If you don't hear from your claim within 48 hours, don't worry ! Insurance processes can be long. If you have no new information within 10 days, make sure the email address you use on Drivy is one you use and that you receive our emails.
