The first time you pay for a rental on Drivy, your bank will ask you to confirm the payment, in a way that is specific to online transactions and can differ from one bank to another (verification code sent by sms, answer a secret question, open your bank app..).
This step must be completed before you can pay for the rental, and takes place on the payment page itself. It enables us to make sure that the credit card is being used by its rightful owner.
If your bank proceeds to this verification by sending a code by sms, make sure your bank sends the verification text on the right phone number. If you face displaying issues with the 3DSecure window or your payment fails because of 3Dsecure, please contact your bank to get assistance.
