What should I do if I can’t sign in to my account?

⚠️We are currently experiencing issues if you are trying to connect using your Facebook account. In order to connect, click on "Sign in" then, "Forgotten password" and fill in the email you are using with your Facebook account. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password, and will be able to use it to connect. Be careful to use the email you are using on your Facebook account.

There are three reasons you might not be able to sign in:

  • Your password is incorrect: click on ‘Sign in’ then ‘Forgotten password’. You’ll receive an email to reset your password.
  • You are trying to sign in using the wrong email address. You might have already created a different account with us during your last booking, by using your Facebook account, for instance. Check your different email accounts to find the one you used for signing up with Drivy.
  • Access to your account is temporarily suspended after many failed login attempts. See how to unlock it.
