How to settle a dispute with the owner ?

In case there is a disagreement between you and the owner, we recommend you talk to them to try and find an agreement. Most of the disputes can be settled between driver and owner without the need for Drivy to intervene.

If the dispute can't be solved between the two of you, you will be able to contact us so we can help find a solution to the issue. In this case, send us a message with:

  • the detail of everything that happened and the reason of the dispute
  • the arguments in your favour
  • the proof you have (photos, screenshots, ...)
