What should I do if I lost my payment card before the rental start ?

When you pay on Drivy, you have to use a payment card under your name and first name, identical to the ones appearing on your Drivy account.

NB: For Open Rentals, you can use your company card to pay for your rental.

If you lose your payment card before the rental start, you have to cancel the rental, and book it again with your new credit card. If cancellation fees are applied, you have 24h to contest them from your rental page so we can proceed to a full refund.

NB: if you show up at the check-in with no payment card, or a different one from the one used for the payment, the owner will have to refuse the rental.
